What’s at the Edmonds Museum Garden Market this week? Flowers and gifts for mom

Garden-Market-flowers-2015-600x397Mother’s Day is just around the corner, and if you missed our season opener last weekend, there is no better time to come down and enjoy the market!

This week Edmonds In Bloom joins us for their annual plant give way. They will be set up in the market with plenty of beautiful annuals for children to plant in little pots. Always a fun, busy event; stop by and enjoy the fun.

Flowers will definitely be a theme for the day, with all our flower vendors bringing a wide variety of locally grown blooms, perfect for your holiday bouquet.

For those looking for a great brunch or dinner idea for the holiday weekend, we will have plenty of chicken and duck eggs, lamb, chops, burgers, and salmon to pick from. Bautista Farm promises more early snap peas, asparagus, radishes and even some beets. Frog Song will have a fine selection of salad greens and more. And for those looking to get a great start on their garden, check out the plants available from Be Well Farm, Flying Tomato and Frog Song.

For those seeking that perfect gift, check out our local artists with a delightful assortment of fun Mother’s Day goodies!

  1. I would also encourage shoppers to wander through downtown for wonderful mothers day gifts

  2. I saw lots of people today along Main St. as we walked to the Post Office. Let’s hope they were looking for gifts there too.
