22900 block Highway 99: Police received a report of two to three suspects who appeared to be trying to break into a building. Police discovered one of the suspects in possession of heroin; she was booked into Snohomish County Jail.

June 2

21600 block 76th Avenue West: A window was broken out and a tote bag was stolen from a vehicle parked in a Swedish Hospital parking lot.

June 3

600 block Bell Street: Police responded to a civil dispute between a drone user and a resident.

21500 block Highway 99: Police removed a woman from a local business after she was suspected of shoplifting and narcotic use in the restroom.

June 4

23200 block Highway 99: A woman told police she suspects a family member in the theft and forgery of her checks.

100 block Dayton Street: A cell phone, debit card, Washington Driver’s License and miscellaneous items were stolen from unsecured locker at gym.

June 5

22200 block Highway 99: A police traffic stop led to a search warrant on a vehicle where heroin and a gun were located.

June 6

70 block Main Street: A driver was arrested for DUI after he fell asleep during departure of a Washington State ferry.

June 7

22900 block Highway 99: A man was arrested after he pointed a handgun at a person attempting to stop a fist fight that the man was involved in.

  1. A rough week here in Esperance… something I noticed when working security ages ago was that the warm summer nights bring out all the crazies.
