Thanks to a new outdoor donation bin, community members who want to donate to Clothes For Kids may do so at their convenience—day or night, seven days a week.

The bright green donation bin is located in the parking lot immediately behind Clothes For Kids at 16725 52nd Ave. W. in Lynnwood. The bin was donated by the local office of US’Again, a nationwide textile and fabric recycler.

Clothes For Kids volunteers are still available to assist with unloading donations and provide tax receipts Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9 a.m.-noon. Donors may come around to the back of the building and ring the doorbell there.

Clothes For Kids provided 3,170 free, quality school wardrobes for low-income students in Snohomish County and the Northshore School District over the 2014-15 school year. The program gratefully accepts donations of new and gently used clothing for children and teens year-round. Clothes For Kids is now building its inventory for Back to School 2015.
