Edmonds police responded at 8 p.m. Thursday evening to a non-injury accident at 22901 Highway 99.  According to eyewitness Wayne Snider, a long-haul driver for Jay Waters, Inc. trucking company, the driver of the red KIA “had a tire malfunction” which sent him into the center lane.  Moments later the KIA was rear-ended by the driver of a silver Dodge Neon.   Mr. Snider, a Texas native, noted that in his 30 years in the trucking industry he has seen “all kinds of fender benders” and is happy to looking forward to celebrating his retirement in the coming months.
