Last year I observed drones being flown at the fishing pier and Marina Park. I informed Parks & Rec. and suggested they adopt regulations to get ahead of the curve before they start receiving complaints from the public.

While I have not researched them; certain Federal statutes and regulations come to mind, such as the Migratory Bird Act, may contain provisions that could be interpreted as protecting birds and other wildlife from harassment by dones.
