All advance tickets for Saturday’s opening of Cascadia Art Museum were sold out, but My Edmonds News insiders know there is a block of free tickets available for Sunday on a first-come-first-served basis.
Jim Clark, Volunteer Leader for the museum, also sent this note on volunteer opportunities: Our successful opening weekend tells us the community is excited for Cascadia Art Museum, and now we want to let people know of opportunities to participate. Starting this coming week, the museum will be open normal hours on Wednesdays through Sundays, and we are looking for volunteers to fill four positions: Greeter, Gift Shop, Security, and Administration.
Join us by going to the website and clicking on “connect” and then “volunteers,” which will link you to Sign Up Genius. Select the activity, dates, and hours you want to volunteer at the museum. We look forward to seeing you here as part of Cascadia Art Museum.
