EPIC’s Monday Morning Writing Group kicks off its fall series Monday, Sept. 21, in the Edmonds Library. Free-writing with Janette Turner is at 10 a.m., and is open to writers of all genres. The event is free and open to the public.

At 11 a.m., author Bruce Fergusson will speak about writing his latest novel, ‘Two Graves for Michael Furey.’ His book, ‘The Shadow of His Wings,’ was noted in Publishers Weekly: “Fergusson has imagination and style to spare. This satisfying story keeps the reader guessing what will happen next.” One of his suspense novels, ‘The Piper’s Sons,’ was nominated for best novel by the Pacific Northwest Booksellers’ Association.

Space is limited to the first twenty people. For more on Bruce Fergusson, see the author’s website. And for more information about EPIC Group writers and free literary events around town, see here.
