Scene in Edmonds: Ribbon cut for Cascadia Art Museum

Mayor Dave Earling and Cascadia Art Museum President Lindsey Echelbarger opened the museum to the public with a ribbon cutting Saturday morning. All advance timed tickets for Saturday were sold out, but there were openings available on a first-come-first-served basis. Learn more here.
