The National Weather Service’s Seattle office has issued wind and flood advisories for the region.
The wind advisory is from 9 p.m., Friday through noon Saturday. A strong warm front is moving north across the region and strong winds, up to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph, will produce windy conditions. Impacts could include downed limbs and local power outages.
A flood watch remains in effect for Snohomish County through Sunday afternoon.
A wet pattern is developing today and will continue into Saturday. Rain will be heavy at times with amounts ranging from 1 to 3 inches in the lowlands.
