The Port of Edmonds Port Commission took the following actions at its Sept. 14 meeting:
- Presented the 2016 preliminary operating and capital budgets for public review. A public hearing on the budgets will be held at the next regularly scheduled Port Commission meeting, October 26, 2015. The final budgets are scheduled for approval on Nov. 9, 2015. - Approved a contract for utilities and site work for two pre-fabricated buildings to house restroom and shower facilities for the area proximate to the guest moorage docks.
The next regularly scheduled Commission meeting will be at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, in the commission meeting room. A public hearing on the 2016 preliminary operating and capital budgets will held at that time with opportunities for public comment.
