Several Edmonds-area churches are sponsoring a night of worship, prayer and Thanksgiving on Wednesday, Nov. 25 beginning at 7 p.m. at the Edmonds Center for the Arts. The event is free and all residents of Edmonds and the surrounding communities are invited to attend. No tickets are required.
The evening will benefit Clothes for Kids, an Edmonds area non-profit organization. Clothes for Kids is a referral agency that provides free clothing to low-income school children, grades K-12 in Snohomish County. People attending the event are invited to bring a new clothing item appropriate for children or teens. A free will offering will also be taken with all proceeds going to Clothes For Kids.
Musicians and vocalists for the worship night are volunteers from each of the particiipating Edmonds churches, which includeCommunity Christian Fellowship, Calvary Chapel Edmonds, Edgewood Baptist Church, Edmonds Open Bible Church, Faith Community Church, Holy Trinity Edmonds, Iglesia El Camino, Mosaic Community Church, North Sound Church and Westgate Chapel.
