AAUW to present research on singing and senior health at Jan. 9 meeting

AAUWThe Edmonds SnoKing Branch of the American Association of University Women will present a program, “Senior Sing-alongs-Fun & Function?” at its Saturday, Jan. 9 meeting.

Musetta C. Fu, PhD, ARNP will share her research findings about the impact of a Group-Singing Program on Older Adult Health, particularly looking at cognition, lung health and quality of life. The meeting begins at 10 a.m. at Fairwinds-Brighton Court, 6520 196th St. S.W. in Lynnwood.

All are welcome to attend the free presentation, and refreshments will be served.
