My Edmonds News stopped in Friday to see the final finishes at Bucatini restaurant, opening soon in the Westgate area. According to Peter Lamb, co-owner with Anthony Donatone, the establishment may open before the end of the year, and promises “huge heroes, hot grinders, and homemade pasta.” More information on the restaurant can be found on the Bucatini website.
Lovely, a new restaurant! and Italian too.
Opened officially yesterday, and the first meal I had there was fabulous. Can’t wait to go back.
