Scene in Edmonds: Eagle youngsters

Tuesday morning, photographer Bill Anderson caught a pair of juvenile bald eagles near the Shell Creek spit. “You can distinguish the two birds by differences in the wear patterns of the feathers at the ends of their wings,” he said. Additional photos and narrative can be seen here.
