Scene in Edmonds: EWHS craft fair hits high note with local shoppers

The halls of Edmonds-Woodway High School were filled with music and holiday cheer Saturday as the annual EWHS Music Boosters Craft Fair, which drew vendors from throughout the region.

Shoppers browsed tables filled with gifts ranging from custom jewelry to sparkling wreaths to fine chocolates, as they enjoyed the talents of EWHS musicians playing both jazz and traditional holiday tunes. All proceed benefit the EWHS music program.

Alex Dugdale directs the EWHS Jazz II ensemble. also performs in many big bands and leads his own small groups that perform regularly in the Seattle area.
