The City of Edmonds Architectural Design Board (ADB) will hold a public hearing Wednesday, Jan. 20 on a new condominium project proposed just west of Edmonds-Woodway High School, at the southwest corner of 80th Avenue West and 212th Street Southwest.
The hearing will occur during the ABD meeting in the Council Chambers, Public Safety Complex, 250 5th Ave. N., starting at 7 p.m.
The proposal by Brackett’s Corner, LLC is to build 14 detached condominium units on approximately one acre. The two commercial buildings and one single-family residence on the site will be removed to accommodate the 14 units, which will range in size from 2,100 square feet to 2,400 square feet.
According to the meeting agenda, the one-acre property is currently comprised of three separate parcels, which will be combined into one lot. The site is zoned multi-family residential.
