Edmonds police want to alert citizens that a drone seen Wednesday morning over the railroad tracks is BNSF at work.

“It is not anyone trying to video private houses,” said Edmonds police spokesman Sgt. Shane Hawley, who added that the department has been receiving numerous calls from citizens. “It is Burlington Northern recording the tracks for maintenance reasons.”
