If you’ve driven along Highway 99 lately between 220th and 215th Streets Southwest, you’ve likely noticed these new blue “Health Care District” poles with banners. It’s a joint project between Swedish Edmonds hospital and the City of Edmonds to highlight fitness, city officials say. (Photos by Larry Vogel)
