Edmonds Noon Rotary Club honors Meadowdale HS student

Meadowdale High School student Martha Colorado, right, received the Edmonds Rotary Noon Club Student of the Month award from Richard Okimoto, on Tuesday, March 8. Colorado came with her parents to the United States just 18 months ago, not speaking a word of English. Today, with the encouragement of her family and teachers, she is on a pathway toward college to advance her goal of becoming a preschool teacher.
