Edmonds-Woodway 6, Mountlake Terrace 1

The girls’ tennis teams of Edmonds-Woodway and Mountlake Terrace High Schools got a very busy week of competition started Monday by facing each other at Mountlake Terrace High School. The Warriors defeated the Hawks 6-1 in the Wesco League South Conference matchup.

Both squads have four matches scheduled over five days this week. On Tuesday, E-W will host the Glacier Peak Grizzlies while the Hawks will travel to Shorewood to face the T-Birds.
