March marks the first anniversary for Salt & Iron in Edmonds, and the restaurant has scheduled a week full of activities to celebrate, March 28-31:
-$1 oysters served every evening from 4 p.m.-close in entire restaurant

And on Tuesday, March 29 Salt & Iron is offering this Anniversary dinner special: Filet Mignon topped with fried oysters and bernaise sauce, accompanied with stinging nettle risotto and asparagus ($45).
