Hard-driving bluegrass finale of 2016 Sunday Concerts in the Park series

The final offering of this year’s Summer Concerts in the Park ended the season on a high note with the fiddle-driven, finger-picking bluegrass sounds of the DownTown Mountain Boys.

Presented by the Edmonds Arts Commission and sponsored by Lynnwood Honda and Acura of Lynnwood, this summer’s series included an eclectic mix of musical genres and live Shakespearean theater.

While the Sunday concerts in City Park are done for the season, there’s still one performance left of the Tuesday noon series, so mark your calendars to stop by Hazel Miller Plaza and take in the gypsy jazz sounds of Ranger and the Re-Arrangers this Tuesday, Aug. 23, at noon.
