Hot gypsy jazz tops off Edmonds summer concert series

It was a perfect late-summer afternoon at Hazel Miller Plaza as Ranger and the Re-Arrangers treated an overflow crowd to some foot-tapping, Django-style licks, ending this year’s Concerts in the Park series in swinging style.

The Tuesday noon and Thursday evening concerts, sponsored by the Hazel Miller Foundation and held in Hazel Miller Plaza, offer a more intimate atmosphere than the Sunday City Park series, allowing concerts goers to get up close and personal with the performers.

Operated by the Edmonds Arts Commission, the free outdoor summer concert series operated during the months of July and August.
