The Edmonds Arts Commission is sponsoring its final free concert this Tuesday, Aug. 23 at Hazel Miller Plaza at 5th Avenue South and Maple Street in downtown Edmonds.
Enjoy the gypsy jazz sounds of Ranger and the Re-Arrangers from noon- 1 p.m.
