Help ID this man, suspected of stealing from Edmonds video arcade

This guy broke into a coin machine at a local video arcade on August 4th. We got a good picture of him and hope that someone can tell us who he is. Send any tips in to epdtips.edmondswa.gov.
This guy broke into a coin machine at a local video arcade on Aug. 4. Edmonds police got a good picture of him and are asking for the public’s help in identifying him.
