Scene in Edmonds: Citation issued for Edmonds beach fireworks

From photographer Julia Wiese, who notes that she and her neighbors were “surprised by some loud bangs” coming from Edmonds’ Marina Beach late Tuesday night. Turns out they were fireworks.
The offending party was issued a citation, according to Edmonds Police spokesman Sgt. Josh McClure.
