Annie’s Community Kitchen, a service of Edmonds Lutheran Church that provides a free community meal every Wednesday night, is looking for volunteers.
Volunteers are needed every day of the week. You can come for an hour or spend the whole day.
, every Wednesday evening from 5:00-6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall of the church.
Annie’s Community Kitchen opened its doors in 2004 with the goal of providing a hot and nutritious meal every Wednesday night to everyone, regardless of their circumstances.
“People find very creative ways to be a part of this effort,” the church noted in its announcement. “Musicians come to casually perform for our diners, others come to arrange flowers or the tables and others come to cook. If you have a unique talent, Annie’s Kitchen will find a way to use it!”
