The Friends of the Edmonds Library and Symetra are co-sponsoring the second annual Kindle giveaway. On Nov. 17, bring an entry to the library that shows your creativity, and you will receive a free raffle ticket and a chance to win a Kindle.
All ages from children to seniors are invited to participate. Create on your own, or collaborate with your friends or family. Everyone who has a hand in making a creation will receive a raffle ticket.
Use your imagination to express your library inspiration, whether in painting, poetry, song, YouTube, model, sculpture, photography, story, or other media. Bring your project to the event and it will be displayed as part of the Friends of the Edmonds Library pop-up museum of exhibits celebrating community creativity.
Everyone is welcome to display — and to view others’ displays — during the Thursday, Nov. 17 Art Walk in the Plaza Room above the Edmonds Library. Bring your exhibit starting at 5:30 p.m. There will be refreshments, and the raffle for the Kindles will be at 6:10, followed by live music starting at 6:30 p.m.
Real first and last names — as well as city of residence — are required for all commenters.
