The City of Lynnwood is in the process of designing the renovations for the Meadowdale Playfields and invites the public and all other interested parties to an open house next week.
The purpose of the open house will be to provide information regarding the project and seek public comment. The Open House will be held at the Meadowdale Middle School from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 13.
The City of Lynnwood is currently designing all-weather turf on two sand soccer fields with safety fencing and spectator seating. The project will also update three softball fields with all-weather in-field surfacing, updated safety backstops and netting as well as make the complex compliant with current ADA standards.
