Insurance Services Group invites all to view ‘Christmas Cubicles’ at Dec. 16 open house

For the third year in a row, Insurance Services Group in downtown Edmonds has held a Christmas Cubicle Contest, and this year they are inviting the public to take a look.

According to Kiersten Christensen, the company’s director of communications, themes for decorated cubicles ranged from an Ugly Sweater Department, to a life-size gingerbread house, to recreating the post office from the movie “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.”

The business also incorporated into its contest a community service component, helping to set up a Christmas shop for local nonprofit Washington Kids In Transition, which invited families to choose toys and clothes for their children. In addition, the company donated  several hundred dollars in gift cards to Kids in Transition, Christensen said.

Insurance Services Group is hosting an open house this Friday, Dec. 16 from 4-5 p.m. in its offices at 6th and Main Street, and is inviting community members to come take a look inside. There will be cookies and cider to share.
