Scene in Edmonds: Noon Rotary collaborates to help youth in need

Edmonds Rotary Noon Club President Doug Lofstrom presents a $1,000 check to  Barb Athanas, Community Service Chair of the Mill Creek Rotary Club. The two Rotary clubs collaborated to receive a $20,000 grant from the District Rotary, which will be used to purchase a passenger van for Cocoon house in Everett.  Cocoon House provides short - and long-term housing to youth 12-17 years old.
