My father was a gunsmith, and towards the end of his life he built a masterpiece muzzle-loading target rifle. He built several other muzzle-loaders in the 1930’s, an collected a few historical rifles along the way. What is the law regarding these? They are currently with my brother’s family, but because Dad made or collected them, I might be interested in having one or two, with no idea of ever firing them.
Thanks for the question.
