I have to report I live less than 100 yards from the beer garden, and the band volume is significantly lower than in years past. Kudos to the Chamber and Taste organizers for listening to concerns about excessive noise and enacting measures to address it!
I live on 4th Ave. S. and could not open the windows because of the “the beat”. Even with windows closed it could be heard.
