Police are asking for help in locating this vehicle, license plate WA-356 HCJ, which is parked in the Edmonds/Lynnwood area. “The owner suffered a medical event and is not sure where it was last parked,” the announcement said. Call 425-775-3000 and reference incident 17-24353 from the Lynnwood Police Department.
