The percentages in local port, school board and fire commission races have changed slightly but there are no major shifts based on the latest returns released Friday evening by the Snohomish County Elections office.
Challenger Angela Harris continues to maintain her lead over incumbent Fred Gouge in the race for Port of Edmonds Commissioner District 1, while incumbents Bruce Faires and Steven Johnston still are ahead of challengers Lora Petso and Susan Paine, respectively:
