Edmonds-based Fabric of Life Fair Trade store is seeking donations of pet food and supplies for the volunteer-run Doney Memorial Pet Clinic, which offers veterinary care for pets of homeless and qualifying low-income people.

The clinic opens twice a month, the second and fourth Saturdays, at The Union Gospel Mission in Pioneer Square.

The most needed items are food for both cats and dogs as well as kitty litter. Also in demand are pet beds, leashes and soft-sided carriers. Items may be left at Fabric of Life during business hours (10 a.m.-6 p.m.) at 519 Main in downtown Edmonds.
Please consider adding warm socks for the pets’ owners too. the store notes.
