Comparison of U.S., South Africa to be explored in Shoreline CC program March 7

The Global Affairs Center at Shoreline Community College, directed by Larry Fuell, will present a program, “A Critical Comparison of the United States and South Africa,” from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 7 at Shoreline CC, 9000 Building, Room 9208.

South Africa lies at the southern-most point of the African continent and borders Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, and the Indian and Atlantic Oceans. Dr. Johnson will lead a four-week Study Abroad program in the summer 2018, as part of a comparative analysis of movements towards multicultural societies in the United States and South Africa.

The program is open to the public and free but registration is requested by clicking here. There is a small fee to park on campus during the day.
