190 Sunset invites you to enjoy some of the best bourbon in the world, exquisitely paired with a delectable five-course meal.

The event, on March 22, is hosted Niles Peacock, recently voted Best Bartender in the Best of Western Washington competition sponsored by KING 5, and spirit specialist Mike Crow. You’ll enjoy a guided tour through the history of bourbon, the story of Elijah Craig (known as the father of bourbon), and a five-course meal ending with a very rare and highly allocated 18-year-old Elijah Craig Bourbon.

First course
Amuse Bouche – chef’s special selection, paired with Larceny Straight Kentucky Bourbon

Second course
Pork Belly – grilled frisee, toasted farro, roasted apple, pomegranate molasses, paired with Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon

Third course
Oysters Rockefeller – watercress, shallot, dark rye crumbs, lobster butter, paired with Pikesville Straight Rye, Bottled in Bond

Fourth course
Prime Filet of Tenderloin – celeric puree, roasted rainbow carrots, foie gras, paired with Henry McKenna 10yr Bourbon

Grand finale
Chocolate Bourbon Cake – bourbon caramel sauce, spiced pear apple cider sorbet, paired with Elijah Craig Rare 18-yr. Bourbon
