Reminder: Neighborhood Night Open House coming to Edmonds fire station April 12

South County Fire is inviting residents to a Neighborhood Night Open House on April 12, at Edmonds Fire Station 17, located at 275 Sixth Ave. N.

Drop by the fire station any time between 6 and 8 p.m. There will be a brief program at 6:15 p.m. featuring the fire chief, station firefighters and an update on what’s new at South County Fire.

Open house activities include:

  • Fire engine and medic unit tours.
  • When to Call 911 activity for kids.
  • CPR To Go: Learn hands-only CPR in just 10 minutes.
  • Safe and Healthy Aging: Information on how to stay well and independent as you age.

Edmonds Fire Station 17 is one of 14 fire stations staffed by South County Fire. The regional fire authority is the county’s largest provider of fire and emergency medical services, serving more than 250,000 residents in unincorporated south Snohomish County and the cities Brier, Edmonds, Lynnwood and Mountlake Terrace.
