Schools foundation will match your donations to support clubs bound for national competitions

The Foundation for Edmonds School District is running a donation matching campaign to support several school district student clubs that have advanced to the national-level competitions for their respective programs.

The competitions and district clubs are:

First Robotics World Championship, April 18-21, Houston, TX

  • Lynnwood High – Royal Robotics FRC 2522
  • Mountlake Terrace High School – First Robotics Team 1778 Chill Out

International Thespian Festival, June 25-30, Lincoln, NE

  • Meadowdale Drama Team

National Technology Students Association Convention (TSA), June 22-26, Atlanta, GA

  • Alderwood Middle School TSA Chapter
  • Mountlake Terrace High TSA Chapter

The foundation will match all donations up to $2,000 per club to assist with travel and related expenses. Only donations made directly through the foundation will be matched, so be sure to indicate which club you are supporting in the memo line as you make your online gift. Checks can also be mailed to the Foundation at PO Box 390, Lynnwood, 98046.
