A 19-year-old man accused of murdering his 6-year-old nephew made a brief court appearance on Thursday, only to have his trial date pushed back for a second time.
Andrew Henckel, of Texas, is accused of drowning his 6-year-old nephew Dayvid Pakko in a bathtub on Oct. 16, 2017. Henckel pleaded not guilty during his first court appearance in November. His initial trial date was Jan. 26, but the trial was pushed back to April 19. On April 19, it was pushed back again to July 27.
