Alley Bell Music’s Sarah Richàrd honored at Music Together Convention

Sarah Richàrd, Director of Edmonds-based Alley Bell Music, has received the award of “Peer Support in Education” from Music Together Worldwide. The award was given in Princeton, New Jersey on May 5, during the 30th annual Music Together Convention.

The convention was attended by over 300 Music Together teachers and directors, representing 13 countries. A set of wind chimes was given to Richàrd at the award ceremony, and the chimes are now hanging in Alley Bell Music’s new studio at 143 5th Ave. N., in downtown Edmonds.

An Edmonds resident, Richàrd is a former Edmonds Arts Commission Scholarship winner, a graduate of Edmonds-Woodway High School, and a specialist in the fields of early childhood music education and vocal health.
