The Edmonds Senior Center has selected Jon Sternoff as their graphic design intern. A student at Edmonds Community College, Sternoff is scheduled to graduate with an associate degree in visual arts this summer.
He worked for Verizon Wireless as a graphic designer for 15 years before going back to school for an official degree in the field.
Sternoff will be working with Vivian Egashira, senior center marketing chair and Michelle Burke, senior center programming manager, to provide design work for posters, brochures and mailers for some of the monthly programs. The senior center offers over 90 programs and serves over 4,000 people annually.
