Scene in Edmonds: Sea life, revealed

Photographer Doug Parrott said that Thursday’s minus 3.5 tide drew large groups of students to observe the nooks and crannies of the Edmonds waterfront for sea life that is usually underwater. One of those observed Thursday, Parrott said, was an elusive octopus. “It was very small, but delighted a number of young kids as well as us old folks,” he added.
