Edmonds-Woodway High School celebrated another announcement Thursday of a college-bound student athlete. Senior Julian Kodama, a leader on the Warriors’ baseball team that made it to the state 3A tournament, signed his letter of intent to play baseball at Seattle University.
Edmonds-Woodway Athletic Director Angie McGuire said that Kodama, a right-handed pitcher and infielder, received two Division I offers in the last week — from Butler and Seattle U — and he decided on the Redhawks.
“Not a bad last week of high school,” McGuire said.
EWHS graduates its class of 2018 this Saturday, June 16.
