Developed by the National Council on Aging, the Aging Mastery Program has been successfully helping people through a comprehensive, fun approach to living. Five weeks of two-and-a- half-hour classes feature local experts sharing their knowledge across a wide range of subjects, including health, finances, relationships, and advanced planning.
The program combines education with goal-setting, daily practices, and classroom support to help attendees make meaningful, long-lasting changes.

Classes will be held at the Lynnwood Senior Center, 19000 44th Ave W. from 6-8:30 p.m. A light dinner will be provided.
