Read, recommend, raffle with Friends of the Edmonds Library

Starting Oct. 1, the Friends of the Edmonds Library are raffling off prizes as part of their annual book recommendation drive. This year’s prizes include Kindle tablets, Kindle readers, and Beats headphones.

To enter, submit a book recommendation of 200-400 words to the online form at bit.ly/edmondsraffle by Oct. 27. Reviews submitted may be posted on the Edmonds Library social media accounts and MyEdmondsNews.com, to help guide other readers’ book choices.

Prize winners will also earn free help setting up their device and learning about ebooks from Sno-Isle Libraries staff.

This year there are four age categories: Ages 5-12, 13-18, 18-49, and 50-plus. Raffle winners will be notified on Oct. 30, and may pick up their prize from the Edmonds Library after that time.

The public is also invited to join Friends of the Edmonds Library for their annual book sale on Saturday, Oct. 27, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Frances Anderson Center.

This contest is sponsored by Symetra and Friends of the Edmonds Library.
