As the registration deadline approaches for the Edmonds Scarecrow Festival — it’s Monday, Oct. 15 — Edmonds photographer Lee Lageshulte found
scarecrows all across town. You can learn more about how to register and how to vote here. The voting period runs from Oct. 16-Nov. 2.
