Northbound Highway 99 between 224th and 220th Streets Southwest was closed for about four hours Tuesday afternoon after a vehicle crashed into a power pole around 3 p.m.
The road was closed because power lines were down and Snohomish County PUD had to make repairs, police said.
The roadway was reopened at 7 p.m.
One person was taken to Swedish Edmonds Hospital but the extent of injuries was unavailable Tuesday night.
