Thank you Teresa and Sgt. Hawley. This was very informative.
A potential follow-up talk of value could be to discuss how the public can garner information after EPD has completed the investigative and charging process. We are always happy to learn you have caught an alleged perpetrator of a crime, but the information released after the suspect has been charged doesn’t seem to equal the information released before or at the charging phase. To me, it appears this would be the responsibility of the prosecutor’s office to release prosecution status. Often it appears we as the public expects Teresa or EPD to inform us about the prosecution of a charged individual.
Thanks again and as usual great work!
This might be the best one of these yet! Great info.
